Additional charges may apply for extra labor, storage, taxes, tolls, or delays beyond our control.
Advance payments may be required before shipment or relocation.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience only. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, traffic, strikes, government restrictions, or unforeseen operational issues.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure proper documentation for transported goods.
Fragile, valuable, or prohibited items should be declared before shipment.
Customers are responsible for checking goods at the time of delivery.

5. Prohibited Items

Packngo Logistics does not transport illegal, hazardous, flammable, explosive, or restricted items prohibited by Indian law.

6. Liability

While we take maximum care during transportation, Packngo Logistics shall not be liable for damages caused by natural disasters, accidents, riots, theft, or events beyond reasonable control.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made before dispatch.
Advance payments may be non-refundable depending on service status.

8. Privacy

Customer information collected through forms, calls, WhatsApp, RCS, Email, or SMS is used only for service communication, updates, support, and promotional purposes.

9. Communication Consent

By submitting your details on our website, you consent to receiving communication via Phone Calls, RCS, WhatsApp, Email, and SMS from Packngo Logistics.
